How to Play
Getting started with Tom is easy. You'll need a Solana wallet and some SOL or $TOM tokens. Follow these steps to jump into your first adventure:

Download Phantom or Solflare — both are free browser extensions and mobile apps. Create a new wallet and securely save your seed phrase.

Fund Your Wallet with SOL
Purchase SOL from any major exchange (Coinbase, Binance, Kraken) and send it to your wallet address. You need SOL to pay for transaction fees on Solana.

Click "Launch App" on tomthelizardofficial.com and connect your wallet using the wallet button. Approve the connection — no signing required just to connect.

Pick from Crash (ride the multiplier), Stake (earn passive yield), or Ocean Mines (coming soon). Each adventure has its own game guide below.

Place your bet or stake amount, confirm the transaction in your wallet, and let Tom do the rest. Winnings are automatically sent to your wallet.

The Crash game is Tom's flagship adventure. Watch Tom climb through the jungle canopy as the multiplier grows. The longer you wait, the bigger the reward — but cash out before Tom crashes or you lose your bet!
How Crash Works

Place Your Bet
Enter your wager in SOL or $TOM tokens before the round starts. You can also set an auto-cashout multiplier target (e.g., 2×) so Tom cashes out for you automatically.

Watch the Multiplier Rise
Once the round begins, the multiplier starts at 1× and climbs upward. Tom ascends the multiplier line in real time — stay calm and watch carefully.

Cash Out at the Right Moment
Hit "Cash Out" at any time to lock in your winnings at the current multiplier. Your payout = bet × cashout multiplier.

Don't Let Tom Crash!
At a random point determined by provably fair on-chain randomness, the multiplier crashes. If you haven't cashed out before this point, your bet is lost.
Provably Fair. The crash point for every round is determined before the round starts using a cryptographic hash derived from Solana's on-chain data. You can verify any result yourself — the algorithm is fully transparent.
Crash Game Tips
Use Auto-Cashout
Set a target multiplier (like 1.5× or 2×) and let Tom cash out automatically. Removes emotion from the equation.
Track Round History
Check the last 20 crash points to get a feel for variance — but remember, each round is independent.
Manage Your Bankroll
Never bet more than 1–5% of your total balance per round. Longevity matters more than big single wins.
Take Breaks
Chasing losses rarely works in crash games. Step away, reset, and come back fresh.
Desert Expedition — Staking
Staking is Tom's passive income adventure. Lock up your $TOM tokens or SOL in the staking pool and earn yield automatically every round — no active playing required. Tom basks in the desert sun so your rewards compound on their own.

Go to the Desert Expedition section in the app and select "Stake $TOM" or "Stake SOL" based on your preference.

Type in the amount you'd like to stake. You'll see a real-time estimate of your expected daily and annual yield at current rates.

Confirm in Wallet
Approve the on-chain transaction in your Phantom or Solflare wallet. Your tokens are locked in a smart contract — only you can withdraw them.

Rewards Compound Automatically
Staking rewards accumulate each round and compound automatically. You can withdraw your principal and rewards at any time with no lockup period.
No Lockup Period. Tom's staking is fully flexible — you can unstake at any time. Rewards are calculated per-round and distributed proportionally based on your share of the total staking pool.

Select a grid size and how many mines are hidden. More mines = higher risk, higher reward per safe tile revealed.

Click tiles to reveal them. Each safe tile increases your multiplier. You can cash out at any point and take your current multiplied winnings.

Hit a mine and the round ends — you lose your bet. Mine placement is determined by provably fair on-chain randomness before the round begins.

Yes. Every crash point is determined by provably fair on-chain randomness derived from Solana's blockchain data before each round begins. The algorithm is fully open and verifiable — you can confirm any result independently using the published verification method.
Do I need $TOM tokens to play?
No! You can play the Crash game and stake using native SOL. $TOM tokens unlock enhanced APY, VIP perks, governance rights, and may provide better odds in some game modes — but they're not required to get started.
How are staking rewards calculated?
Staking rewards come from the platform's house edge on each Crash round. A portion of every round's house take is distributed proportionally to all active stakers based on their share of the total staking pool. Rewards compound automatically — no claiming required.
Can I unstake at any time?
Yes. There is no lockup period on Tom's staking. You can unstake your principal and accumulated rewards at any time with a single on-chain transaction. Your funds are never at risk of being frozen.

Multiplier
The number that grows during a Crash round. Your payout equals your bet × the multiplier at the moment you cash out. e.g., a $10 bet cashed out at 3× pays $30.
Crash Point
The multiplier value at which a Crash round ends. Determined by provably fair randomness before the round starts. If you haven't cashed out by this point, you lose your bet.
Auto-Cashout
A preset multiplier target at which the platform automatically cashes out your bet, even if the game hasn't crashed yet. Useful for disciplined strategy play.
Provably Fair
A system where the outcome of each game can be independently verified by any player using cryptographic proofs. Ensures the house cannot cheat or alter results.
Staking
Locking tokens into a smart contract to earn yield. On Tom, stakers earn a share of the platform's house edge every round, proportional to their share of the pool.
APY (Annual Percentage Yield)
The annualized return on staked assets, including the effect of compounding. Tom's staking currently offers up to 100% APY, meaning your stake could double in a year at peak rates.
SPL Token
Solana Program Library token — the standard format for tokens on the Solana blockchain, equivalent to ERC-20 on Ethereum. $TOM is an SPL token.
